We are thrilled to be on the cusp of releasing our new training module in Advanced TSA concepts! This advanced course is designed for the vocational professional who has been doing TSAs for some time and would like to advance their learning on this subject. We are hoping that people who are doing TSAs will find the content helpful for some of the challenging issues surrounding TSAs. Topics covered include using the NOC Essential Skills Profiles, modifying the composite profile, using multiple wage sources, conducting the vocational profile interview, special issues in TSAs such as dexterity and cognitive challenges, accommodations, common TSA errors and corrections to these errors.
