    Hello dear colleagues,

    Do any of you use the Differential Aptitude Tests (DAT) in vocational evaluation. I have been considering using this test but my concern is that the aptitudes measured are different than GATB aptitudes found in the DOT or the Career Handbook. So, I am unsure how one would compare the test results with occupational aptitude requirements.

    I also see that the new version of this test is called DAT Next Generation. Anyone has had experience using it?
