    Dear colleagues,

    ESDC has recently released a Skills Match Tool for OaSIS, allowing you to select an occupation and see what other occupations are similar in terms of skills and abilities. This could be a helpful tool for transferable skills analysis. Ms. Sophie Lemieux, Policy Analyst at ESDC’s Skills and Employment Branch, will present an overview of this tool, what it is, how it works and what is the methodology used.
