Hello Manel,
The CCVE-ICVE study guide (available on CAVEWAS’ website) is a good starting point. Chapter 4 (Transferable Skills and Employability Analysis) includes a sample vocational and TSA report in appendix. The TSA portion of the report illustrates how a composite aptitude profile is compiled (highest values) from a person’s work history. The vocational evaluation section follows the same principle, utilizing aptitude tests and provides interpretation of the results, along with a chart contrasting work history and tested aptitude profiles.
For a more detailed review of how to build a work history composite aptitude profile using Career Handbook data, one can refer to Dr. Corbett’s Transferable Skills Analysis module on this website.
You could also refer to the following course: Vocational Assessment – Evaluating Employment Potential, available here on AAACEUs: https://www.aaaceus.com/course_overview.asp?course=315. This is an American resource that covers how to develop a pre-disability profile and a residual capacity profile.
