A new webinar on work samples is now available here. This presentation will go over the MECA system by the Conover company and the Valpar work samples by Bases of Virginia. It is free of charge.
I have been a user of Valpar work samples for many years and I see many benefits. They are quick and easy use. They provide valuable information on work behaviour and tolerance. They provide aptitudes directly correlated to GATB aptitudes found in the Canadian Career Handbook and the US DOT.
Let us know your thoughts here and of your experience using either systems. We are thinking to have another webinar focusing on the pros and cons of work samples and their practical applications. Is that something that would interest you?
